1. Service Agreement

By booking moving services with the Company, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include local moving, labor-only, packing, and related services as described on our website.

2. Pricing & Payment

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual hours (local/labor), and additional services requested on moving day. When available, binding estimates guarantee a maximum price.

3. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5.9% processing fee. Cancellations within 24-72 hours incur a 14.9% + $0.30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 29.9% + $0.30 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee.

4. Liability & Valuation

Basic valuation coverage of $0.60 per pound per article is included at no additional cost. Full value protection is available at additional cost. See our valuation page for details.

5. Disputes

Any disputes arising from services provided by the Company will first be handled through our internal claims process. If unresolved, disputes may be pursued through applicable state law.
